FPC Action Foundation Statement on NFA Victory

Today, FPC Action Foundation Chairman Brandon Combs issued the following statement regarding the trial court’s ruling in Jensen v. ATF that key aspects of the National Firearms Act are unconstitutional:

“Today’s ruling is an important victory against the unconstitutional National Firearms Act. The court’s judgment, which is stayed for seven days, prohibits the federal government from enforcing the challenged provisions against the plaintiffs and, where applicable, their current and future members and customers.

FPC Action Foundation is proud that its membership includes all active recurring donors, as well as everyone who contributes $10 or more to FPCAF each year. That means the people who power this work may also receive meaningful protection from victories like this one.
