FPC Action Foundation Names Cody J. Wisniewski President and CEO

LAS VEGAS (March 22, 2024) – Today, FPC Action Foundation (FPCAF) announced that constitutional litigation attorney Cody J. Wisniewski has been named its president and chief executive officer by the board of directors. In addition to directing operations and setting the direction of the organization, Mr. Wisniewski will continue to manage the FPC Law portfolio and serve as a key advisor to Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC).

Mr. Wisniewski previously served as FPCAF’s General Counsel and Vice President of Legal. In that role, he led efforts that resulted in multiple victories in critically important cases, including the first injunction and merits victory in the nation against the ATF’s “frame or receiver” rule (VanDerStok v. Garland), as well as the first injunction in the nation against the agency’s “pistol brace” rule (Mock v. Garland).

“I am incredibly honored to be trusted with the opportunity to lead FPC Action Foundation into the future,” said Mr. Wisniewski. “In a world full of tyrants and oppressive governments, there is nothing more important than giving the People the ability to fight back to defend their natural, constitutionally protected rights. While our team has already accomplished so much, there is more work to be done, and I am proud to work with this team to achieve our mission of a world of maximal human liberty and freedom.”

“Cody has achieved significant victories since he joined our FPC Action Foundation team. But he also has an impressive long-term vision for our cause and organization that we are proud to support,” said FPC Action Foundation founder and Chairman, Brandon Combs. “We fully expect that Cody will continue to deliver high-impact results for the People we serve and achieve the mission through his leadership, tenacity, and strategies across FPCAF’s programs and operations.”

Mr. Wisniewski graduated cum laude and earned his B.A. in Joint Honours Classics and Philosophy from the University of Ottawa. He then graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law with his Juris Doctorate and a concentration in Business and Corporate Law. While at the University of San Diego, Cody served as Federalist Society President, Vice-Chair of National Teams for the Appellate Moot Court Board, and an Executive Board member for the San Diego International Law Journal. Shortly after graduating law school, Mr. Wisniewski began his career in public interest litigation and has not looked back since. He has personally represented individuals against the federal government and both state and local governments in defense of their natural and constitutionally protected rights. He also regularly speaks to law students, liberty advocates, industry groups, lawyers, and members of the public about the Constitution and his work.

Individuals and organizations that wish to support charitable efforts in support of the restoration of Second Amendment and other natural rights can make a tax-deductible donation to the FPC Action Foundation.

FPC Action Foundation (FPCActionFoundation.org), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, exists to create a world of maximal human liberty through charitable programs including litigation and legal action, policy, education, and research.

FPC Law (FPCLaw.org) is the nation’s leading public interest litigation program focused on the right to keep and bear arms and adjacent liberties.
